*Time blocks not to exceed 8 hours per session unless scheduled in advance.

Transportation:
We provide the transportation to perform all errand and delivery duties. A standard mileage rate of $.50 cents/per mile is applicable. 
Please note, we do not provide transportation for individuals. All errands must be local unless arranged 48 hours in advance.

Equipment:
The client provides the equipment, office supplies, and materials for use to perform the administrative tasks and duties required. 

Materials Deposit:
The client is responsible for providing petty cash for supplies to be purchased on behalf of the client.

Helpful Tips For Our Errand Clients:

Minimal waits and pickup times during errands saves us time and saves you money.  So we recommend the following whenever possible:

  • Place orders online or  by phone in advance 
  • Map out destinations for the most efficient routes possible
  • Organize grocery lists by store layout
  • Provide a list of alternative brands if your favorite is not available 
  • Cluster tasks in the same area
  • (eg one-stop shop destinations) for multiple errands
  • Product research prior to errands
  • Parking accessible destinations

Pool Your  Resources!!
Share your session with others at the same location (eg the office, family, or group), with similar errand needs and stay within your budget.

Assistance for the busy team that needs lunch, dryclean, grocery shopping, event supplies, etc. pickup and errands run for the day.

Referral Discount Policy:

If you located our site through a referral service or individual that we assist, please let us know prior to your scheduled sessions for a discount on your service.

Cancellation Policy:
Less than 24 hour notice cancellations
are subject to a  full visit charge
